Doug Briggs Bethany Bryant Ben Sawyer

Doug Briggs, Technology Specialist
As Technical Specialist, Doug Briggs adds considerable Web development, programming and administration experience to our team.

Doug has hands on experience and background with:

• Windows NT/2000, and Linux Servers
• SQL Server 2000, Fox Pro, Access and MySQL
• HTML, PHP and Active Server Page development
• Citrix server and client software
• Webtrends reporting and log analysis

Doug's recent work includes rolling out our site development framework, implementing and maintaining an Auction Automation System at the Portland Fish Exchange using FoxPro for Windows and UNIX, and custom application development for a variety of clients.

A computer science graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Doug has more than 14 years experience as an independent programmer. He has also worked as a Programmer/Software Designer with UNICOM Software Development Group, and a Technical Support Supervisor with Apple Computer, Inc.

In his free time, Doug is an outdoors enthusiast and former member of the U.S. Ski Team who pursues his passion for skiing in the winter and sailing in the summer.
